Terms of Service

Onga9 is a web service that lets users search for music works such as albums, rate and review them, and manage collections. Music catalog data is obtained through the Apple Music API and MusicBrainz API. MusicBrainz data is provided under the Creative Commons CC0 public domain license.

1. Users may register with a Google account or email address.
2. Each person may have only one account.
3. Registration with false information is prohibited.
4. Users are responsible for managing their own account.

1. Copyright in reviews and other content posted by users belongs to the user who posted it.
2. Users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use posted content to the extent necessary to provide, improve, and promote the service.
3. We may remove posted content without prior notice if we determine that it violates these Terms.

Users must not engage in the following conduct.

• Conduct that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Defamation, harassment, or discriminatory expression toward other users or third parties
• Infringement of copyrights or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized full quotation of lyrics
• Spam, commercial posts, or advertising activity
• Interference with the operation of the service
• Unauthorized access or reverse engineering
• Any other conduct we deem inappropriate

If a user violates these Terms, we may suspend or delete the user account without prior notice.

If you believe that content on the service infringes your rights, please contact support@onga9.jp. We will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable platform-related laws and procedures.

1. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or continuity of the service.
2. We are not liable for interruption, suspension, loss of data, or other issues related to the service.
3. We are not liable for disputes between users.
4. Music catalog data is provided through the Apple Music API and MusicBrainz API, and we do not guarantee its accuracy.

We may change or terminate the service with prior notice.

If we change these Terms, we will notify users on the service. Continued use of the service after the change is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to the service.
